*iL nAnA*  is correct. I have been there several times to catch a bus but I can't remember the address. However, just on the Mexico side of the bridge on Avenida Lincoln in a little white building is a tourist office where you can get directions to the Central Camionera.They speak English and are very helpful.

Yep Central Camionera is right,  I think the name of the avenue is Teofilo Burunda and is on the corner with Oscar Fernandez avenue. there you will find Omnibus de Mexico bus line, Autotransportes Chihuahuenses, Futura, Rapidos de Delicias etc,
