Does anyone know the name of an animated science fiction movie about a female assassin type person? ?

I watched ten or so years ago and can't remember a lot of it. I remember the main character was a woman with dark hair. I think she wore a tight black suit that at one point got really tattered and torn. Also, I remember one scene where she has to seduce an disgusting man to get something she needs. I'm pretty sure he rips her shirt open and licks her b*****s. I know that there is female nudity in it at least once. It could have been made anytime during the eighties or mid-nineties. Sorry this is all so vague, but I don't remember much. I just really want to find this movie. Thanks!
