Does anyone know the name of the Canadian bagpipe company?

Somewhere, there is a Canadian Company that sells cheap plastic bagpipes. Does anyone know what it is called?

Jack Dunbar of Dunbar Bagpipes in Canada pioneered the first sets of plastic bagpipes. Jack no longer runs the company, but they make good sets of pipes. The polypenco pipes are respectable in terms of tone and survive conditions which would destroy a regular wood set of pipes, however, you never see poly pipes at the top levels of competition. They will serve a beginner and intermediate piper well and are often used as a "throw around" set by experienced players.
