Does anyone know the name of the author of the books: LDD, LDD2, and ALDD3?

a.k.a. name: Mr.Lovingdd. These are books on domestic discipline. He has website for the LDD and a discussion group for the ALDD3. The LDD is basic. The LDD2 and 3 books are very graphic and far beyond regular dd. His focus is mainly on pure humiliation of a man's woman. He introduces techniques that do not imply loving dd but abuse.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
