Does anyone know the name of the charity that you can donate hair to?

(Not Locks of Love, Wigs for Kids, or Pantene Beautiful Lengths.) There is another charity that I thought i heard of where you only need about 7 inches of hair and the hair can be color treated. I heard locks of love makes people pay for the wigs, and the charity i heard of gives the wigs to people for free. Thanks for your help!
