no, i wish i knew the answer for that one...what you can do best is go to google, and type hotels in Cartagena. you might get a huge list since Cartagena is a tourist city. maybe you'll find the one you are looking for..good luck and enjoy my beautiful country

the movie was actually filmed in veracruz, mexico, due to threat of kidnappings at the time.  i found this info on numerous sites and provided a link below from wikipedia.    i believe the name is Hotel Mocambo, however.  does that sound familiar??
