Does anyone know the name of the ice cream at the Canfield Fair that doesn't melt?

The Canfield Fair has a small little stand that sells ice cream that gets harder instead of soft and doesn't melt.....we thought it was called Crazy Cone but we cant find anything about it online. PLEASE HELP!
