  1. Cyprus does not have a vice-president. It only had in 1960-1963, and then the constitution changed when Turkish Cypriots withdrew from the government.

    (Cyprus used to have a Greek-Cypriot president and a Turkish-Cypriot vice-president. Cyprus is now divided in two parts: Southern Cyprus (free areas) and Northern Cyprus (occupied areas).
