Does anyone know the name of this TV show?please help!?

Question

It was about a lady that some how came across a bracelet that gave her special powers when she wore it.It became a powerful weapon like thing on her arm.she also lost her partner she was a cop i think.and the end was that she would get a second chance to go back in time before her partner was killed and start all over with out the weapon.and it was supposed to come back on for another season and it never did.So if you could tell me the name of it I would greatly appreciate it.
