Does anyone know the name of this movie?

Question

I saw a trailer for a movie when I went to see "In Brouge" earlier this year. I was about a man who lives part-time in New York (?), and shows up at his apartment to find a foreign couple living there. They become friends and I believe the foreign guy teaches the man who owns the apartment how to play drums. That's about all I can remember. Anyone know what this might be? Thank you so much!
