Does anyone know the name or artist of this picture?

Question

The picture is hanging on the wall in a photograph on the nest website. I originally found it in their book, "The Nest Home Design Handbook". I don't know, but I thought I could give you a hand by doing a google photo search of "op art" but I almost threw up looking at it ;-)

Damien Hirst had actually a phase in which he made "spot paintings" though I think more linearly arrange. Anyway, you can look through the images in the link to see if any corresponds to this one.

Though it's pretty generic.
