Does anyone know the number to the dispute department at Citi Mortgage?

I have faxed in about 30 dispute letters to the fax number that I was given and have received not ONE response. I would like to know if anyone has a direct number to the Resolution/Dispute office.

Better to use a certified letter to confirm receipt of your complaint. Faxes are not legal proof of receipt. Denial is the game. If this is important, take the proper steps to protect yourself in case of litigation.
