i know that it is krups but i want to know like its model number or something.

I had one and it worked very well but it broke, i got a new krups machine buts its not the same, so i wanted to try to get this one ofline or something.

and i habve already looked at the krups website and i can't find it there

Its a krups machine for foreign sale, it says vapore (instead of steam).

Call krups customer service maybe?
