I did a quick search using the term "Napoleon Dynamite, Unicorn" and didn't find the image in the first two pages, so I gave up.

However, I'll pass on two things.  This question of yours was the second item that came up.  Also, a Napoleon Dynamite trivia site came up and mentioned that Jon Heder did all of those drawings EXCEPT the unicorn.
