Does anyone know the "Recipe of a Runner"?

Or at least qualites i can use to make a runner??

  2. running is a sport not a brand you can be tall, short, fat, skinny. just train if you want to be good but have fun

  3. lots of training - without that you won't be a fast runner

  4. there is no one "recipe", per se, to make a runner.  Runners come in all shapes and sizes.  However, a few characteristics carry over for all of us.

    One is dedication.  We aren't out here to get credit for school, or because someone tells us to, we're out there because we want to be.

    Another is Determination.  Achieving our goals is a major part of being a part of the running community, i feel.  Whether the goal is to run your first 5k ever or to break the world record, it's all the same, seeking to be the best you can be.

    Runners can't be impatient with everything.  I am not the most patient person with everything, but with my running, i know you get better bit by bit, not all at once.
