Does anyone know the "outfit" lastminute casino????

I have had so many problems with these ******ers and I need to compain about the disgraceful behaviour I have received from them. It's a long story and at the moment I'm trying to get money from them that is owed to me!!!! Who can I complain to??

Hi there. If they were one of the trusted online casinos I promote, I would be able to resolve your gripe myself but I'm afraid I have never had any dealings with them.

I have done a bit of digging online and it doesn't look too promising! Their casino site URL gaming.lastminute.com takes you to a page that says they are now closed!

The casino is powered by white label software provider St Minver Ltd, an online bingo specialist, so I would mail them direct (if you haven't already done so) [e-mail] and ask what the status of lastminute casino actually is.

If it has folded, not uncommon in this industry, there should be a system in place to pay its creditors (you) but this might not be the case.

If the casino is still running, you could complain to St Minver Ltd direct on the mail addy I gave above but you could also join CasinoMeister's forum and lodge a complaint there. Bryan Bailey who runs CasinoMeister is our industry's white knight. He has shamed many casinos over the past 10 years and is widely recognised and respected.

Please make sure that your complaint is a valid one before you waste his or anyone else's time. Players often cry fraud if they are not paid and 9 times out of 10 it is because they have used casino bonus deposit money during a winning streak but haven't read the terms and conditions of that bonus offer.

Casino bonuses often restrict you to playing certain games and always require you to wager the bonus amount a number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. Irresponsible players are equally as annoying as irresponsible casinos so please, please make sure your grievance is warranted before you pursue it further.

I am obviously not accusing you here, just making you aware that you will hit a brick wall unless you're 100% certain you've been done by lastminute casino.
