It's not coming out until at least 2009.  The PS3 version was probably ready for release in late 2008 or early 2009, but since SE said that the PS3 and 360 version are going to be released on the same day, that pushes back the PS3's release date for a few months while SE works on converting it for the 360.

There is no current release date.

But a playable demo is coming out with the Blu-Ray version of Advent Children early next year.
