Does anyone know the requirements for kids to ride in the front seat?

I use to have a paper that told me all the different requirements and which car seat is the best and all that but I lost it.

My mom was asking me and I told her I couldn't remember.

Can anyone help me out?

Possible, BUT HIGHLY DISCOURAGED!!

Kids belong in the rear seat: ALWAYS.

If you don't need a car seat then you need to be 12 years of age to ride in the front seat and at least 4 feet 9 inches.

My car says "Kids under 12 can be killed by the airbag" or something like that. So, its most likely age 12, although when I was 10 and 11 years old I was tall so my parents let me ride in the front seat anyway. But I would not do that.
