I don't know of a restaurant, but here is a recipe for the salad:

Equal parts of:

Romaine lettuce

Watercress

Red Cabbage

Chop and toss together. Sprinkle with balsamic vinaigrette (1 part balsamic vinegar, 3 parts extra virgin olive oil). Garnish with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.

It's the balsamic vinegar, so you can have the effect with any salad. Something about the oak barrels the vinegar is aged in.
