  1. What are you talking about? Restrictions or laws pertaining to what?  


  2. They can't use the mens room.  The only restrictions are what the employer sets.  The employer also has to follow the law. If you go to the Department of Labor's web site, you'll find what the laws for working are.  There are no "woman" laws.

  3. Need a little more detail.  Employers could have certain guidelines for things like maternity leave and such and the government allows for Family Medical leave (not paid ).  So I don't know where you are going.  Women are to be treated equal.
