Does anyone know the status of adoptions (open or closed records) for Virginia?

Virginia is one of those odd states where people born after 7-1-1994 can get identifying information as adults, but those born before are SOL

Adopted adults age 18 or older may obtain non-identifying information. Check the site out below for more info.
