Does anyone know the story about the mom who starved her daughter to death?

This just recently happened like a few days ago was when the mother got arrested or something. And supposibly some people from dyfus knew and didn't do anything about it so the governor of Pennsylvania fired them all. It was on the news yesterday my friend was telling me about it but I wasn't able to watch it. I can't find it on news websites anywhere. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Where is an article where I can read more about it? I think it's so terrible!

It wasnt Governor Rendell, it was Mayor Nutter who disciplined these employees
