Does anyone know the suggested air pressure for shocks on a flht when pulling a trailer, front end seems lite.

  1. I bet it does ,How much weight do you have on it ? The shocks aint your problem


  2. 20-25 pounds would be the recommended range for a 200 pound passenger, there is no factory spec for pulling a trailer.  The maximum allowable pressure under any circumstance is 35 pounds.  

    The GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) cannot be exceeded under any circumstance.  The GVWR is the maximum allowable weight of the vehicle, passengers, luggage, trailers, etc.

    The FLHT has a GVWR of 1259 pounds, and the dry weight of the bike is 758, so that only leaves 501 pounds for passengers, gas, oil, luggage and trailer.
