  1. The best thing for you to do is find out VIA the BBC website, highly useful


  2. It's definitely on BBC Radio 4 on 198 khz Long Wave.

    Not sure whether it's simulcasted on the FM R4 freq's aswell.

    Wouldn't know what time it's on but the 'Radio Times' magazine would.
