Does anyone know the time the LHC is being started up?

I know it is being started up on Wednesday 10th September but does anyone know if there has been published a precise time on that day?

It has been postponed since a group of German and Austrian physicists and professors filed a suit against CERN in the European Court of Human Rights 10 days ago. Reason: black holes with assumed exponential growth which might get trapped in Earth's gravity due to their slowness of movement compared to the natural phenomenon of proton collisions with cosmic rays. Will the earth dissapear in 50 billions of years or in 50 months? Linear versus exponential growth. That is the question. LHC critics say exponential.

Someone at work joked that it is being tested at 6 minutes and 5 seconds past 7, and 432.1 milliseconds
