Does anyone know the unlock codes for an orange nokia?

I have bought a new phone but didnt realise it was locked to orange, I am a vodafone customer, when I have put my sim card in it says phone restricted please enter code, orange want £20 to send the code by post! I am willing to pay it but was wondering if anyone on here knew it first??

This site does it for free, used it many times over the last few years.

Just be careful when you type in the codes as you only get 5 attempts to get it right, so if you get down to your last 2 chances take it to a local independant phone shop, most of them will unlock nokias for between £5 and £10.

I don't have an orange nokia but try this: if the code has 4-5 digits then try a single digit code like 5555 or 0000
