I know its a random and silly question.

But I was curious to whom that voice belongs to. I tried to look online, and so far I got nothing.

Same name, different person.  The actor in Canada is NOT the voice of Moose A. Moose. How do I know this? Wouldn't you like to know?? (WINK).  There are no pictures of me anywhere on the internet.
