July is warm, even hot weather time on the French Riviera. This Mediterranean climate, hot and dry in summer, sometimes windy when the Mistral (north wind) blows.

As to have a forecast for that day... better try in a few months.

The weather in Marseille in the summer is hot and dry. As it's almost part of the French Riviera, it's very sunny and the temperature is around 30°C (I'll let you convert that!)
