Does anyone know the words to the children's song..."Heart of a Seed"?

Huhteddy1 has it so far. That *IS* the song I am looking for. I think there may be a little bit more to it though. A teacher I used to work with always sang it and the kids loved it...but it was awhile ago and I can't remember it all. It also had actions to go with it, but those I can figure out once I know all the words.
