i am relocating to live in Redditch in worcestershire. i have a good chance of a job in Birmingham city centre, and are wondering if it's easy enough to get too. what is the nearest train station to colmore road B3 2AP. i think it is either five ways or new street. does anyone do this commute? is it easy enough to get there?

  1. Train every 30 minutes to New Street - 10 minute walk then.

I'm in Redditch if I can help anymore.

  2. why on earth would you want to go to birmingham??????

they are all Yam Yam's anyway!

  3. Its not Colmore Road you need to get to---its Colmore ROW.

Working there, and dont know how to spell the name !!! tut --TUT !!!

  4. try the mosque, they're changing the name to birmingstan

  5. New street will be your station, and as has been said, Colmore row is a 5 minute walk from the station...

But please for the love of god unless its all arranged don't move to Redditch - its the h**l hole of the midlands, and I'm not just saying that... no one there works, there is no form of evening entertainment besides heroin addiction and for the life of you, you'll never get over the fact it has a traffic island every 14 and a half meters...

the only positive is that the train service out of redditch is reasonably good, takes about 35 minutes...

try getting a place in edgbaston, or sellyoak...
