Does anyone know this T.V show?

I am 23, and when I was little, I guess around 5 or 6, maybe a little older, I used to watch this science T.V for kids. All I remember is that there was a guy in a rat costume and a guy with weird hair, and they did science experiments.... I know this is vague, but does anyone know what this show was called?
