wat is the percentage of people that recycle 4 money and people who recycle because they care?! this is urgent b/c its 4 an essay! thank u sooo much 4 answering this Q.!

the percentage is 70% to 30%. this is because people are more to do thing when money or material benefit is involved.it will only take you a play to see.... ask how many can pick cans for recycle on the road then compare it with how many can pick up money for their pockets on the road; you will notice a remarkable difference.gud luckin your essay write ups!

With the exception of people that pick up cans, I think the majority of people that recycle do so for the environment.  Most other recycable items do not net any cash value (unless you have tons).

It is always important to recycle because if we didn't recycle, garbage dumps will be full.

I recycle everything that is on our township recycling list, although being on Social Security, I save my aluminum cans and take them to a recycling plant and receive money for them which is helpful to the budget.

I recycle for both reasons. I will pick up cans and bottles I find when I'm out riding my bike (I'm a competitive cyclist) It cleans up the environment plus it's like finding free money! I then use that money to pay for my race entry fees. What could be better than that?
