my boyfriends mom bought the one at wal-mart of the bride dragging the husband by his collar on the ground...and pained the dress yellow with 88 (her old nascar driver) and painted the tux brown and yellow to match there wedding...

They have a lot of funny/unique wedding cake toppers on this site, and I think you can have stuff shipped to Canada or the US.  I also remember seeing one with the groom in a cowboy hat, if that's what you were going for by "redneck".  Check out the selection, they have lots!

those ones where the bride is dragging the groom are pretty redneck. i've seen them at walmart and jo ann fabrics as well as most websites that sell cake toppers

Do you want one specifically with a bride and groom?  If not, you could just get a little toy john deere tractor or something.  That would be cute.
