Does anyone know were i can get the transfer paper to ake shirts?

Try wal-mart, stores that sell material, craft stores.  I don't know if you are refering to graphite paper, or the different colored tracing paper used for marking darts, etc on patterns.  The latter is best found where you bought your material.  Ask a clerk if you have trouble finding it.
