Does anyone know what King Philip II of Spain's last name?

I need to know for a summer project so i can take AP European next year. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  1. Yes, it's Habsburg with a B. It's the name of a small castle in Switzerland where the family originated came from: the placename was originally "Habichtsburg" which means "the hawk's castle".

    It's gonna be time that they change that here on the Internet, it's a Austrian name(Germanic) not a English name so there's no reason that they have to change that in Hapsburg

    A letter B is still a B and not a P
