I was enquiring about studying in Ukraine, because I have no high school certificate, and they said I can apply if I have "O level high school". I dont know what that means, and I thought I'd ask it here first before enquiring again.

  1. the 'O level' is a set of exams that you would sit through in the tenth grade of  a highschool that works under the british standard of education. So i'm guessing your required to have passed these exams if you want to apply for the school.

  2. Americans would call O level their final year of Junior High School. Good Luck.
