Does anyone know what O level high school means?

I was enquiring about studying in Ukraine, because I have no high school certificate, and they said I can apply if I have "O level high school". I dont know what that means, and I thought I'd ask it here first before enquiring again.

the 'O level' is a set of exams that you would sit through in the tenth grade of  a highschool that works under the british standard of education. So i'm guessing your required to have passed these exams if you want to apply for the school.

Americans would call O level their final year of Junior High School. Good Luck.
