Does anyone know what T-Bolt is?

My daughter got caught stealing and I was informed that she has informal probation through T-Bolt. Until I receive information about this I would like to know what it is about.

All I could find is that T-Bolt could be short for Thunderbolt.  I don't know where you are, but in Tulare CA, Thunderbolt probation is just the name for the informal probation.  Basically, informal probation is where you don't really have to have office visits on a regular basis.  The probation officer sets the terms with your daughter on what she has to do.
