Does anyone know what a "Dog Legs" evergreen is?

I was recently given a beautiful evergreen by my local nursery guy that he says he propogated from a tree he has that came from the NY Botanical Gardens. He calls it "Dog Legs". I have never seen anything like it before. His is abour 30 feet tall and has gorgeous vines draping down all over it. It almost looks like it's weeping. What kind of tree is this? i can't find anything like it on-line

If you don't find anything online, just ask him what he means by "Dog Legs."
