Does anyone know what board game this is.?

Question

my friend was telling me about it and you draw cards and you have to do what they say

like for example:

bark when someone says your name

or quack when someone not playing the games comes in.

???????/

I think it might be called kings. Is it a game where if you grab a certian number you have to do a cetian thing (example: draw a 9 =Meow like a cat) . I havent played in a while but it sounds like it. Anouther version is  called "Box head." If you grab the bad number card you have to wear a cardboard box on your head for the rest of the game. Or untill someone else grabs the bad number card

Yet another possibility is "Quao" - possibly a cross between Mao and Quelf!

"Quelf" involves some similar mechanics to the ones you've described and more.  Great fun for a group that doesn't mind acting a bit crazy!
