Does anyone know what do i need to open my own bakery in toronto? what kind of documents?......?

There is lots of paper work involved, from name registration to permits and licensing here are a few very useful links:

You will also need to call City Hall and to get your license they will give you a phone number and the address to the only licensing office in Toronto. It is located just behind city hall.
