  1. $4.00 is the last I heard.

  2. With no intention of being sarcastic, the prices will be whatever they can get with no one taking actions against them. Everybody is complaining, but no one gets off their tail to take action. Everybody understands that energy will cost them more. What people can't take is the  non stopping increases. The prices just keep rising and rising and rising, and no one does a d**n thing about it.

I understand about supply and demand. I understand about inflation. What I don't understand is how oil companies can make billions of dollars in profits, but justify never ending inceases that happen almost on a daily basis.

At what point will people explode and take action? At what point will they realize that they are being gouged, fleeced, taken to the cleaners, lied too and abused?

There is no justification for the outrageous and ever climbing prices we are paying. How much can people cut back, or "change their habits?" I MUST drive to work. I drive a Ford Escort. I heat my home with oil. I did cut my thermostat back. Must I be under 10 blankets at night while rich people do whatever they want? Waste as much as they want?I saw a lot of beautiful RV's on I-95 last week.

Until people rise up and become active by start fighting with their politicians, marching on Washington, buy as little gas as possible, we are at the mercy of the market.

It is also necessary for  Washington to reevaluate its middle eastern policies, allow more domestic drilling, rebuild current refineries and build more refineries.

But, these are just my opinions.

  3. by the current rate of increase I project by labor day the price will be $4.49 to $4.69

and I project by the fall of 2011 gas prices will be below $3 a gallon as it will take this long for the supply of crude and refining capacity to catch up and be even with demand as the world uses less.

  4. well in Ohio, some places are over 4 dollars. and its supposed to be ten dollars over the summer., so i suggest save ur money, or if u have a suv, get a smaller car
