Does anyone know what is in a cocktail i had in fiji

called (beautiful fiji) cocktail if you could tell me measurements for the spirits too i know it has pineapple juice in it

im not sure any of these are the one u had but they are just as delicious and worth a try (generally on holiday the bars create their own cocktails)

if it was yellow in colour try this one -

- 1 1/2 oz light rum

- 2 1/2 oz pineapple juice

- 1/4 oz lemon juice

- 1 tsp simple syrup

Garnish: pineapple wedge

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.

if it was orange in colour -

2oz rum

1oz juice

1/2oz lemon juice

1/2oz grenadine

Shake thoroughly with ice, then strain out the ice and pour into a cocktail glass. Enjoy!

you can do it with 6oz of pinapple juice

An Awesome Fiji (aka) beautiful Fiji)

1 1/2 oz light rum ( i use captian morgan's)

2 1/2 oz pineapple juice (fresh is best but the kind in a can is ok)

1/4 oz lemon juice (fresh is best)

1 tsp  syrup (any basic plain syrup will do.)

Mix all ingredients well and add ice or you can mix in a Shaker if you like. Add a Pineapple Wedge to the glass and you have yourself a beautiful Fiji I"m in Ky and down here there called an Awesome Fiji hope it's the same thing...

kind a green and brown in color correct?

if so.....1 part ground fiji flies (can ony be gotten in Fiji), 10 parts rum....poured into a coconut

add colored umbrella and straw - and you are in business
