Does anyone know what japanese program is good?

I really want to learn japanese because I want to live there.

But I don't know what program would be best.

Please don't say rosetta stone bec. that didn't work at all.

It just said something in japanese and then showed 4 pictures as if I know what its saying.

Please help me
