Given the blue eyes and the coat color, I'd say you're probably looking at a husky mix. Catahoula leopard dogs also have blue eyes, so this is also a possibility.

Definitely an australian cattle dog mix. Probably mixed with a Kelpie?

That is definitely a mixed breed of some sort. He looks like he had some type of husky in him.
