Does anyone know what kind of dressing Hibachi puts on their salads?

We went to Hibachi in Wilmington DE the other day & their salad dressing was amazing. I don't know if they made it themselves or what it was?

Whenevr I go to hibachi, they almost always use a sweet "french or catalina" type of dressing - I doubt it's authentic since it's only a salad and their main focus is on the hibachi - I wouldn't be suprised if they used Kraft French dressing LOL

A ginger based dressing.... usually, you can find a version of it in the grocery store. (as many Japanese restaurants use somthing along those lines)
