looks like a type of phlox but need more info..such as height and would be better to have a bigger better picture

Phlox has five petals, but from the picture I think the flower has only four petals.  I'm not sure either, maybe one of Brassicaceae (mustard) member.  The member of this family generally have inflorescence with four-petalled individual flower.  If you can, please attach better picture.
