I have never had problems with bugs in the apartment I stay in now, which is in Houston. Here the past 4 weeks, I have seen/killed 5 spiders.

Here is a Discription: Looks kinds like a 2 circular body(maybe one is more oval),its brown with 1-2 tan stripes on its body, in my eyes HUGE but proally not really)

What can I get/do to stop them?? I have sprayed spider spray around the doors on the inside and outside.

FYI: I dont live in slum,I am a clean person and keep a pretty clean house so please dont tell me anything like that :o(

  1. brown recluse.  do not let it bite you.

    I live in Dallas

  2. it's not a brown recluse....  one of the Wolf spiders   Fishing spiders or Grass spiders

would need to not only treat around the home but the lawn too to reduce numbers.  Normal insecticides don't work well for spider, especially the larger spiders due to they don't have the same cleaning ritual that insects do in which they do ingest any residual of the insecticide that may be on them. So where an insect may die after a short time getting into a treated area, the spiders may take hours if not days if at all to die from the same treated area.   Treat the area with a formulation of insecticide referred to as micro encapsulated or wettable powder rather than the EC formula that is usually sold.

If a pest company is spraying Termidor around a home for spiders they need to be turned in to the state...if they are willing to break the law this way, they probably aren't who you want doing business with, especially if they are applying insecticides around your home

  3. it is a violin spider and if you get bite you will get a nasty abases it eats your  flash from the in side out  call a pest control to come out only if they use a chemical called termador its the best killer around and safeist
