Does anyone know what poem this is?

its about three of four stanzas long, in the first stanza there is a line about ivy on a wall, it mentions rain. and the theme is that there is always a silver lining to things and if you have one bad day then things will get better, you just have to wait it out...

Please please help me i absolutely LOVE this poem but i accidentlythrew away the notebook i put it in and i cant remember the author or what it was called!
