Does anyone know what restaurants would be willing to rent/lease the use of their kitchen each morning?

I'm not sure who'll be willing to allow me to prepare food in their corporate kitchen, but it's a much better solution than actually renting a retail outlet. I could use their kitchen before they even start their day. Thanks for your help everyone.

This is how paula deen got her start.she rented from a hotel..even fixed the doughtnuts etc.. then opened her own stuff.
