Does anyone know what sears pays their managers?

depends on the manager, hourly or salary?  27 k or 35k

a hardlines manager typically earns 39K, of course this is in a store that does 10 million a year, which is a small store for Sears.  Do you know how much the store earns per year? I work in a 10 milllion a year store, and it is very small. Our hardlines starts out at 39 K, but if the store is big, and earns more, than you will earn more as a hardlines assistant store coach.
